Reiki Session

Service Description

A 60 minute Reiki session for you to relax and receive. A Reiki session is great if you feel stressed, tense, heavy, or disconnected. This time will be self care for yourself to feel grounded and reconnect your mind and body. The session will begin with a check in, followed by 45 min to 60 min of Reiki and ending with closure time in the form of a check in or meditation. The session is personalized to each individual's needs. Total appointment time maybe 60-75 min.
