Choose between Restorative Yoga or Yin Yoga. Both will use props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, and/or straps to release mind/body tension bringing your nervous system to state of healing. Restorative Yoga - body is supported by props with focus on relaxing/easing into muscle/tension release. Yin Yoga - body is supported by props with focus to stretch connective tissue. Both focus on releasing mind/body tension either by deepening stretch or easing into it. Rate is per person for individual or individual plus one: contact directly for small group rate (up to 5 people).
